ARCHITECTURAL PLANS
Construction plans drawn by an architect are a critical component of your construction project. We are happy to start discussing your project before architectural plans are complete, but we will need them in order to start our bidding process.
BEFORE YOU'RE A CLIENT
After we review your architectural or design plans, we will contact you to let you know if your project is a good fit for our expertise. If it is, we will set up a time to meet with you and discuss your project. We then provide a complimentary preliminary budget range for the proposed scope of work based on our consultation and the plans provided.
PRECONSTRUCTION
Once you approve the Detailed Cost Analysis, we transition into the Preconstruction phase. During this time, our team manages all permit filings and guides you step-by-step through the material selection process.
WHEN YOU'RE A CLIENT
Every one of our projects begins with our Detailed Cost Analysis phase. This is a paid service where we troubleshoot potential problem areas, gather precise pricing from our trusted subcontractors and calculate exact material costs for your specific project. The result is a fully transparent document that directly forms the foundation of your construction contract, ensuring price clarity before work starts.
SOFTWARE
Our team uses a proprietary software to communicate the entire construction process and it is a game changer! All of our proposals, contracts, and communication flow through this platform, keeping all important information regarding the project organized and in one place. The software is accessible through a web browser or an app on your phone. It allows you to check the upcoming schedule, your pending selection items, and when the next invoice is coming. Our system provides you with 24/7/365 access to your project and all of the relevant information to keep you organized.
